I have over 27 years of Mortgage Lending Experience. I enjoy helping people secure home loans. I am well versed with FHA, Conventional, VA and USDA residential financing. I have helped first time homebuyers with their first home loan only to become their Preferred Mortgage Lender on their 2nd and 3rd home. I specialize in home loans for investment properties with self employed buyers. I feel a strong sense of community and I welcome the opportunity to enrich my buyers with the information they need to make good business decisions. I love people in general and I feel honored when I can help customize a loan product that meets their individual needs.

It All Started in North Texas...

At the dawn of time, Southwest Funding started operations in 1993 under the name “North Texas Residential Mortgage”. We enjoyed great success early on and before long we were serving the entire state of Texas. This growth caused us to change our name to Texas Residential Mortgage.

As we continued to grow and thrive in the industry, Texas Residential Mortgage was changed to Southwest Funding to better accommodate our growing business in other states.

Today we’re still thriving, thanks in part to happy customers who have spread the word about what our company is doing to help borrowers get a home loan that fits their situation in an enjoyable and timely way.

I started my mortgage career in 1994 and I loved it from the beginning. I enjoy meeting people, the challenge of determining their needs and making it happen. My mission is to provide comprehensive financial solutions to my customers with a high degree of Trust, Knowledge and Respect. With over 25 years of experience behind me, I am still passionate about making a significant, positive impact in our community. My job allows me to do that every day. I am happily married to my husband Don Baker. Being 100% Italian, my favorite thing to do is to cook for my family and friends. Other hobbies include soccer, fishing, event planning of all kinds, puzzles, entertaining and enjoying all that life has to bring. I think the world would be a better place if everyone exercised a little more Gratitude in their lives. I never want to go through my life, without letting everyone know, how grateful I am to have them in my life.
